No. The “Transition to Customer Success” training program will provide you with the knowledge you need in order to know what to do to maximize your chances of being offered a position as a CSM. But you still have to assess for yourself whether you have the right personality and background to make it as a CSM, and you still have to apply the knowledge we provide to your own situation. What we can say is that we are very confident that the advice and guidance we provide is very useful and relevant to those who are serious about finding work as a CSM.
